Why I support the second ammendment

Well said! Your parents must be proud!
It seems like I knew more people in the big city who were big on arms control than I do now that we live in a rural area where the local farmers hunt for turkeys and deer. In a big city with gangs and drug neighborhoods, it's scary to think that guns are easy to get.
