Books read in February

Being sick for a week, and also having the Olympics, made my booklist much shorter than January's. The dates are the dates that I finished the book, not the date I began it. I'm still reading The Mysteries of Udolpho...

Quiet Gentleman by Georgette Heyer (Feb 2)
This book is a light and sparkling mystery, not creepy at all.

Charity Girl by Georgette Heyer (Feb 5)
I didn't like this one very much.

Prisoner of Zenda (reread) by Anthony Hope (Feb 9)
Great adventure book...and very short.

She Stoops to Conquer by William Goldsmith (Feb 10)
Funny and interesting...but the morals seem a little off.

Thurber Carnival by James Thurber (Feb 15)

Square Foot Gardening (reread) (Feb 16)

The Reluctant Widow by Georgette Heyer (Feb 17)
Another light and sparkling mystery. I liked this better than The Quiet Gentleman.

The Penultimate Peril by Lemony Snicket (Feb 18)

The Warden by Anthony Trollope (Feb 20)
Barchester Towers by Anthony Trollope (Feb 26)
Barchester Towers is one of the main reasons I only read ten books in Februrary. Loooong book. But these are great! I'm surprised more people don't recommend this Victorian author.
